The Plan

Good people always seem to know good people... that's why we place a high value on the recommendations we receive from our candidates. We’d like to think that we obtain referrals because the people who make them are happy with our recruitment service. However, even though recommendations may be made for entirely altruistic reasons, they have an important commercial value to us. Therefore, if a candidate or client introduces us to someone we succeed in placing, that person receives a Thank You payment of $500 Dollars, in addition to our eternal gratitude (which is, of course, beyond value).

The Policy

Godot Consulting Group will pay a Referral/Split Fee to any person/company who refers a candidate to us if the following occurs:

· The candidate acknowledges that the person referring was authorized by the candidate to do so.

· The candidate is selected, offered the position and accepts the position.

· Godot Consulting Group receives payment in full from its client.

·The candidate successfully completes 90 days of service in that position.

· Referrals will not qualify for the plan if Godot CG has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being made.

· We will operate a first come first served policy, where the candidate has been introduced by more than one person.

· Payments will only be made on the initial placement (perm only) - further placements are excluded.

·In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, Godot Consulting Group’s decision will be final.
